Congratulations to my 4th year class adviser, Mrs. Maritess Pondang-Barredo for being promoted as the High School Academics Coordinator of my Alma Mater Holy Child Catholic School! I am very much proud of you Ms! You deserve the post, not because of your tenure, but because you are a great teacher! I wish you more successes in life! (Rondo towards the Principalship!) Woohoo!!!

Hindi ako pumasok last Saturday dahil 1st death anniversary ng friend ko na si Flor. Napag-usapan namin beforehand nung mga classmates ko nung 4th year HS na pupuntahan namin si Flor. Late na nga ako dumating dun sa meeting place namin sa KFC Morayta. Dahil bukod sa nahuli ako ng gising, antagal pa nung jeep na nasakyan ko. Nung dumating ako sa KFC, nakita ko sina James, Deo, Anna, at Eugene. Syempre kulitan at kwentuhan muna. Tas sumakay na kami ng jeep to blumentritt para pumunta sa North cemetery.

Nung dumating kami dun, bumili kami ng Candles at bulaklak. Alam na alam na namin talaga yung papunta dun kasi pang 3rd time na namin na punta yun dun. 1st nung nilibing si Flor, tas nung binisita namin sya bago mag Nov 1. Umikot pa kame, kasi may nakaharang na kung anung apparatus dun sa daan.

Syempre, inayos namin yung mga bulaklak sa harap nung lapida. Ako naman naghanap ako ng bukas na kandila nearby. Nakakita naman ako at dali-daling bumalik kay Flor. Pinagtulungan naming itayo yung siyam na kandilang binili ko. Afterwards we offered a short prayer for her. Nagtalo pa nga kami kung anong mystery yung assigned for that day. In the end, nagdasal nalang kame ng tatlong Our Fathers, 3 hail Mary's and 3 Glory be's. Of course, ako yung naglead ng prayer. As if naman may choice ako, ako daw kasi yung class president.

After few decade minutes of waiting nadagdagan kami, dumating si Tina, with her Dolce and Gabbana bag! Sosyal! Ayun nagkulitan muna, si Deo kasi nang-aasar! Habang si Tina naman yung nagoffer ng kanyang prayers, nag-"date" kame ni Deo. Tinignan namin yung mga pictures sa mga lapida. tapos we encountered unusual things. Hindi naman kwentong multo:

• May nakita kaming pangalan eh Magneto.
  
• May nakita kaming 1900's pinanganak mga 96 yrs old sya nung namatay, do the math!
  
• Meron kaming nakitang 15 year old girl. Sayang.
  
• Merong 5 yrs old boy.
  
• Merong gangster na sa tingin namin eh namatay sa riot. Ang angas kasi ng mukha nya eh.
  
• Eto yung heart wrenching, Meron kaming nakita, si Baby Joshua. March 28, 2008 - March 28, 2008. Nakakaloka! Ang cute pa naman nya.

Inorder ako ni Papa Deo kaya nagtrip ako magpicture picture.

Matapos kumain, nag-abang kame ng jeep na papuntang divi sa may kanto ng blumentritt. Super dalang. Kinailangan na ngang umalis ni James kasi pinapauwi na sya ng mudra nya. Taga-Bulacan na kasi yun eh. In the end, nauwi din kami sa taxi. We're off to Flor's house.

Kina Flor, nakipagkwentuhan kami kay Mrs. Villanueva yung mom nya na teacher sa HCCS elementary. Ayun, nung una medyo masay ayung mood sa kwentuhan. Pero yung sumunod na eksena nakakaiyak. Super kwento talaga kay Flor. Nakayuko na nga lang ako kasi baka mamaya pag nakita kong lumuluha si Ms. eh maiyak din ako. Matagal din kami dun. 8pm na kami umalis dun. Pinakain pa nga kame ng Lauriat from Chowking.

After nun, sabay kami pumunta ni Deo sa sakayan sa may Iglesia ni Cristo. Actually mas inuna pa nya akong sinakay nakakita kasi kami ng jeep to Tayuman kaya pinasakay na nya ako kaagad. Wow medyo kinilig ata ako ng konti dun! Gentleman!

Habang ako'y nagrerelax sa panonood ng Rockman access sa Kapuso network, nagulantang ako sa pag tunog ng cellphone ko. Si Alberchie nagtext. Nagtatanong pano daw gumawa ng Retreat letter. Naalala ko na time na pala ng mga Commerce para magretreat so I figured sa ex gf nya yun ibibigay. Sige mega explain naman ako na parang normal letter lang yun na binibigay pag magreretreat ang isang tao.

Miz na miz ko na silang lahat! Ang hirap maging president ng klase kung yung mga yun yung constituents mo. Pero mahal ko yung mga yun, at sigurado akong mahal din nila ako. Miz them so much!

Ay sa pagpakalat kalat ko, nasasalubong ko yung 2 mga beloved St. Athanasius boys ko. Hindi ko din sila inexpect na makikita ko sila, kasi simpleng naglalakad lang ako nung mga nasasalubong ko sila.

Kahapon nung pauwi nako after ko magparapara, nasa lubong ko yung 2 teachers ko nung 4th year. Ang adviser and English teacher ko na si Mrs. Barredo; at ang Filipino teacher ko na si Ms. Garcia. Ganun pa din si Ms. Garcia, makulit pa din na seryoso (gets mo?). Si Nanay Tess naman, mahaba na ang hair. Syempre and unang tanong: Kamusta kana? Aba syempre! Sasabihin ko yung natural kong sinasabi. "Eto busy." Tinanong din ako ni nanay kung pumunta kami kay Flor. "Of course naman Ms, friend yun eh." Tapos binigyan ko sila ng card ko, kaso si Ms. Garcia, medyo sira yung nabigay kong card, yung basa. Well anyway inaacept naman nila. Tapos kamustahan galore saken, "Mukhang hiyang na hiyang ka sa UST ah, ang ganda ng katawan mo." sabi ni Nanay Tess, na sinigundahan naman ni Ms. Garcia. Gusto ko ngang sabihin na nakablack lang ako kaya ganun. Wahahhahaha! "Busy nga po ako, ako na po kasi yung dirctor nung org namin na student teachers." sabi ko. "Wow ah, talaga naman". With that nagpaalam nako. Mukhang may pupuntahan sila eh. Sana itext nila ako.

Ang section ko nung 4th year HS ako ay St. Athanasius. Kung saan, karamihan ng mga papables ng batch namin napunta. At sympre meron silang napakagandang president, sino pa ba? Edi ang Dyosang ito! Feast day ni St. Athanasius ngayon mag kapatid na Athans! Kabisado nyo pa ba yung prayer to St. Athanasius ako uu!

Biography
St. Athanasius, the great champion of the Faith was born at Alexandria, about the year 296, of Christian parents. Educated under the eye of Alexander, later Bishop of his native city, he made great progress in learning and virtue. In 313, Alexander succeeded Achillas in the Patriarchal See, and two years later St. Athanasius went to the desert to spend some time in retreat with St. Anthony.

In 319, he became a deacon, and even in this capacity he was called upon to take an active part against the rising heresy of Arius, an ambitious priest of the Alexandrian Church who denied the Divinity of Christ. This was to be the life struggle of St. Athanasius.

In 325, he assisted his Bishop at the Council of Nicaea, where his influence began to be felt. Five months later Alexander died. On his death bed he recommended St. Athanasius as his successor. In consequence of this, Athanasius was unanimously elected Patriarch in 326.

His refusal to tolerate the Arian heresy was the cause of many trials and persecutions for St. Athanasius. He spent seventeen of the forty-six years of his episcopate in exile. After a life of virtue and suffering, this intrepid champion of the Catholic Faith, the greatest man of his time, died in peace on May 2, 373. St. Athanasius was a Bishop and Doctor of the Church.

Ron Karlo Garcia is his name. But I call him Manong. He's one complex person. But despite the fact that he is such, I still have a soft heart for this guy. He was a classmate of mine when we were in 2nd year high school at Holy Child. We've been friends ever since. Although we don't really share that real closeness, I can sense that he always cares but it doesn't come out directly. It seems that everything he does is a puzzle to the point that no one understands his moves. He's quite secretive so no one really knows what he is up to and the reason behind it.

He is part of the triad which is also consists of Gypsy and Jebs. He stands as a bulwark of the triad being the smartest of the three. Inspite of the selfish grouping that they have (Well in my point of view anyway), I can say that he is a good domicile of refuge to those who need it. He gives awfully cruel but morally correct advices to anyone who needs it.

I can't wait to see him make a mistake. I mean, it's not that he's perfect, it's just that he's pretty cautious not to make a mistake, or in my point of view he's just good in keeping it for himself.

He's a born leader. Equipped with his analytical brain, I'm sure you'll wish to be his groupmate in projects. He's really great when it comes to anything techy. It's pretty handy to have him around when you have a PC. It's like having a personal computer technician for free! Wahahhaha! Benefits!

He's cute. I'm sure my gay friends would say after they read this blog. Although, when we were in high school, no aggressive move was made to catch his attention. But I remember a story that he mentioned that his girl classmate was inviting him to her house in her room to fix her computer. I mean, it's too much of a cliche! Bitch! Well I can't blame her, he's really cute and smart.

Sorry girls and gays, he's already taken. His girlfriend is Boss. Boss April Jo Miparanum. NyekNyek!

Manong's famous line: It's not the size that matters, it's how you use it I'm thinking green about this, but I do think that that is the one that he's pertaining to. =D

I never said to anyone that I have a soft spot for this guy. Maybe because somehow I understand part of his personality. I never did have the courage to say how much he's equally important to me like I do Whel. Alas! But I guess we do have spaces that we don't need to fill.

His name is Louie John Alcarion. I call him Whel. He was my classmate when I was second year high school. Actually that was the only time that we became classmate. Naalala ko pa nun, super duper crush ko tong mokong na to! Who would blame me? He's cute, smart, kind, and has a very nice smile! He's B1 of St. Philip 02'-'03. He transferred to a public school the following school year. Up until now, I still don't know the reason why (So Louie if you're reading this be sure to explain ok?). That time, even though we were not together physically, I know that somewhere deep down, I know he's with me. After all, he's part of the BnBp barkada.

He was able to pass PLM, but later failed in English because his teacher has a hot eye on him. He then transferred to Philippine College of Health Sciences or PCHS (I don't know if that's correct) where his mom is the Dean. Take note that even though his mom is the Dean, he stills studies very hard. He even has to initiative to sit in some classes. Ewan ko lang ah, pero para saken, tama na yan 'tol. Nakakapagod yan ah! Matulog ka naman!

Before, he's always missing in action. What I mean is, pag may lakad and barkada, lagi syang wala. But now, I 'm the one missing in action! Wahahahahahah! =D He was the 1st one I called after I bought my new SUN! My gosh! May katext nanaman ako ng walang tulugan! Wahahahah!

Wala pa den syang girlfriend after his last heartstopping, heartpounding, heartwrenching love story with Shelby. If you think his hopeless because he's still in love with ex, well! I beg to differ! He's surrounded by ladies! He's always an eye catcher! Wahahahaha! Ganun ka-appeal si Whel noh!

Finally I can say, he's a really really close special friend of mine. I mean, I think my life now would not be complete without him in it. Ayt Whel?
