Super sarap talaga kumain ng chocolate. May super tamis. May super pait. Merong tama lang. May kulay white. May kulay brown. May Dark Brown, at yung iba sa sobrang pagkabrown kulay itim na. Pwedeng solid na in bar form. O kaya pwede naman in liquid form as in choco syrup or filling. Hanggang dyan lang yung maimagine ko ha kasi hindi ko pa sure kung may gaseous form nah. Pero siguro ang pinakabopnggang Chocolate bar na nakita ko eh yung kasing laki ng pader. May special flavor pah! Rotting human flesh!

Kaya gustong gusto ko ang show na Bones eh. May mga kakaibang deaths na laging pinapakita. Not to mention that I'm fascinated in the science behind it. Pero in this particular episdoe meron akong tatlong characters na napansin:

First time ko nakita etong Squintern na ito! OMFG!!! He looks soooooooooooooooooooo nerdy cute! And the accent! Oh!!!! I'm in love!!! Tapos constant pa siyang nagsasabi ng mga trivia! Oh! Nerdy-cute and brainy!!! oh!!!! *faint*

Naloka ako ng makita ko sya. Una ko syang nakita as Vivi's brother sa aking favorite movie na The Secrets of the Ya-ya Sisterhood. Small role lang yun pero tumatak na siya sa utak ko. Siguro kasi I watched taht movie a hundred times.

Infairness, super professional yung role nya dito ah. He's a Chocolate Engineer. Hindi basta basta yung propesyon na yun ah. Specialized Food Engineering yan. May Stoichiometry yan, flow rate analysis, shearing, heat transfer, food quality, chcocolate chemistry, nutritional composition analysis at kung anik anik pang mga cheverlou! Sige bigyan ko kayo ng idea how a certain chocolate bar is made. So ang mga bakers gumagaw sila ng pastries dahil may mga ingredients silang ginagamit like sugar, flour, butter etc. Ang paggawa ng chocolate ang ingredients, cocoa butter, cocoa solids, glucose, chocolate protein... Di ba kakaloka!

Nagulat talaga ako nung nakita ko tong gurlat na to ah. Una ko syang nakita sa aking super duper favorite TV Show NCIS! Sya yung gumanap sa Lie Detector Analyst sa NCIS. Dalawang episode ang nilabasan nya nung Season 7. Una yung infatuated sya kay MCRT resident Geeky Agent, Timothy McGee. Yung pangalawa, naging key witness sya sa isang joint operation ng NCIS at FBI. Infairness! Hakot sa guestings si ate ah!
